# Doing right, with insight

## We normally offer a small incentive when conducting research, but we decided, we wanted to do something different.

 

We regularly carry out research to better understand the IT challenges experienced in various industries so that we can provide helpful, insightful, and valuable content for IT teams in the sector.

Why?

In order to share knowledge, and help move IT forward.

It's for this reason we'd like to ask you a few quick questions to help us understand more specifically, the challenges you faced in the higher education sector. 

In return for answering these very short questionnaires, we usually offer a £5 Costa Coffee voucher to say thank you, however on this occasion, we'd like to propose that we donate that £5 to Latch Children's Cancer Charity.
